With over 20 years in the real estate and mortgage finance industry as an investor and mortgage originator, I have owned and operated a mortgage banking branch in NJ. "Our office worked with residential buyers and property investors and credit repair agencies."  In 2005, I initiated my own popular radio show “Mortgage Talk”. It was broadcast on Christian Stations WWDJ and WVNJ in the NY /NJ Tri-state area. By taking calls live on air, I was able to offer listeners solid information with a call to action “buy real estate”.
